Kate joined the firm in 2025, stepping into a hybrid role where she manages and executes all aspects of bookkeeping for a dedicated client portfolio, while also supporting the firm’s internal financial operations and handling day-to-day, month-end, and year-end activities.

She is a QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor and has extensive experience supporting small businesses and working with CPA firms in the Portland area. She has provided hands-on bookkeeping and new entity formation to a wide range of clients.

​

Before joining the firm, Kate owned and operated her own business for 12 years.

​

She resides in Minot.
