Gloria joined the firm in 2019.  Prior to joining Austin Associates, she worked for Button's Tax Service for five years.

Gloria is the Administrative Assistant for the Skowhegan office and wears many hats.  Gloria is the first point of contact for our clients.  Whether it be answering phone calls, greeting and welcoming clients, processing tax returns, or supporting our clients with payroll and bookkeeping, she keeps the office running smoothly and makes sure our clients’ needs are met.

Gloria resides in Moscow with her husband, Terry.  She enjoys spending time with her family.  Her hobbies include reading, gardening, crafting, and kayaking.
