Crystal joined the firm in 2009 and has been in public accounting since 2006.​ She received her Master’s degree in accounting and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2008.

In 2015, Crystal received the Top 10 Public Accounting Professional Rising Stars Award for Maine from the National Academy of Public Accounting Professionals. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maine Society of CPAs.

Her professional background includes financial reporting and other management consulting services for a variety of entities, including construction and not-for-profit organizations.

She resides in Auburn with her husband, two children, and their two Bengal cats.
