Each member of our team plays a role in delivering personalized service to our clients. Your first contact will be with Hillary Dow, Director of Marketing and Business Development. She will have a conversation with you to learn about your unique situation and needs. Based on this conversation, she will suggest a team member with the best expertise to assist you. Once you have determined Austin Associates is a good fit, you and your accountant will develop an engagement agreement outlining the services to be performed and the projected costs.
