This is true of the employee mix within a business as well. Not every business has an individuial serving as the Controller, or the Chief Financial Officer, perhaps the office manager is also the in-house bookkeeper and often times the business owner wears all of these hats, at one point or another.

In addition, we sometimes tap into our network to assist clients and colleagues fill positions within their companies. Typically these situations involve staffing bookkeepers and/or administrative positions. On a more strategic level we offer assistance filling a CFO or Controller position when required, from job description and ad placement to interviewing and advising our client on their hiring decision.
