Members of our Tax Committee work together to generate internal communications and seminars related to tax laws and they coordinate our annual "Tax Update" held in the late fall as we prepare for tax season.

Internships

Austin Associates, PA, CPAs offers internship opportunities in the field of tax at our main office in Auburn, Maine.  The program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with an opportunity to learn about the field of public accounting.

General Information: Interns are expected to work between 20 and 40 hours a week during an 8 to 12 week internship period. Internships are offered during the winter semester (tax). Interns may receive academic credit if an agreement is made between Austin Associates, PA, CPAs and the intern’s college or university. All interns are subject to the applicable Austin Associates employee rules, quality control and procedural policies.
